This policy applies to the CHICOWRIES websites, social media platforms, and mobile apps (the “Platform”); the digital experiences, membership program(s), and other services accessible through or enabled by the Platform (together with the Platform, the “Services”); the footwear, clothings, equipment, accessories, and other products sold or otherwise provided by (“Products”); and the experiences and events hosted by CHICOWRIES or in CHICOWRIES stores, delivery channels or shops anywhere in the world (“Experiences”).
Products are shipped using reliable third-party carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination, shipping method selected, product availability and products. Customers will be provided with the order details once the order is placed and will be able to monitor the changes for the order (such as when it is processing, cancelled, shipped, returned, completed and so on) through their account on the CHICOWRIES platform. Products are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive the package. You or the authorized person may be required to provide a valid ID or sign for the package upon delivery. YOu will also be required to show the order ID to be sure you are the rightful recipient of the package. You or the authorized recipient of the package should be able to have access to return or apply for a refund in the case that you do not want the product. This is supremely important as returning or applying for a refund can only be done with logged in access on CHICOWRIES platform and must be done in the presence of the delivery personnel.
