Availability of Products


While we strive to keep our products and services available at all times, we cannot guarantee that they will always be in stock or accessible. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products sold to any individual or entity. Some Products may be already available within your region or state while some others may have to be shipped to the region or state or may be in the manufacturing phase or may not be available at the time of viewing the product on the Platform. In such cases, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time or availability status so you decide whether to proceed with the purchase or not. When CHICOWRIES get orders for products that are not available or that can not be delivered in a timely manner, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for such products.
