PLEASE READ THESE Chicowries Refund Policy CAREFULLY to understand how we process refunds for products purchased through our platform.


This policy applies to the CHICOWRIES websites, social media platforms, and mobile apps (the “Platform”); the digital experiences, membership program(s), and other services accessible through or enabled by the Platform (together with the Platform, the “Services”); the footwear, clothings, equipment, accessories, and other products sold or otherwise provided by (“Products”); and the experiences and events hosted by CHICOWRIES or in CHICOWRIES stores, delivery channels or shops anywhere in the world (“Experiences”).


Canelling An Order & Applying For Refund


Cancelling an order


After payment, You can cancel an order when you do not wish to proceed with the purchase. You can only cancel an order before it is marked as“shipped” on the CHICOWRIES platform. To cancel an order, simply go to your order on the CHICOWRIES website or mobile app, select the order you wish to cancel, and click on the cancel button. You will get the full amount (including the shipping fee) refunded to you within 2-4 business days. If the order has already been marked as “shipped”, you will not be able to cancel it. In such a case, you can apply for a refund or return instead after receiving the product.


Returning an order


Returning an order is applicable when you have received the product and it is defective or has some other faults and you want another one of the same and exact product sent to you. To return a product, hand the product to the delivery personnel, who marks the product as delivered and then you simply go to your order on the CHICOWRIES website or mobile app, select the order you wish to return, and click on the Return button. Your order status will now be marked as “returned” on the Platform. You will get another product delivered to you using the exact order details for that order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the new delivery. if the product is not in stock any longer, the system will apply automatically for a refund and you get your money back but not including the shipping fee.


Applying for a refund


You may apply for a refund if you do not want the product after receiving the product. The product must be in good condition as was delivered to you. To apply for a refund, hand the product over to the delivery personnel right away and the delivery personnel marks the order as delivered and then you simply go to your order on the CHICOWRIES website or mobile app, select the order you wish to get a refund for and click on the refund button. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.


Processing Time


Your funds will be processed within 2-4 business days after we receive and inspect the product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). If you used a discount code or gift card for your purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. If you wish to have the product changed instead of a refund, please use the return button instead.
