Do you give a refund?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with a product when it arrives, apply for a refund straight away in the app and hand the item back to the delivery agent. Your funds are returned within 2 working days of the application. If anything goes wrong, contact our support team on the Contact Us page with your order details.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel any time before the order ships. After it has shipped, you can return it on delivery and get a refund instead.

Where can I find my orders?

Your orders live in your profile, or you can go straight to the Orders page.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Nigeria. You will see the delivery fee and estimated window at checkout before you pay.
